甘家界柠檬鸭,广西南宁本土特色品牌餐饮企业,浓聚了广西壮族公民的古朴元素,在本次设计中,我们以甘家界这个品牌的故事作为出发点,融入了该品牌发源地的旧建筑特色以及民族衣饰元素,并通过当代的设计手腕重新解构,末了呈现出一个大气又古朴的特色餐饮空间。
Ganjiajie Ningmeng ya, a local specialty brand catering enterprise in Nanning, Guangxi, has concentrated the primitive elements of the Zhuang people in Guangxi. In this design, we take the story of Ganjiajie as the starting point, integrate the old architectural features and national dress elements of the birthplace of the brand, and re deconstruct it through modern design techniques to finally present an atmosphere and primitive characteristic catering space.

餐厅在改造之前整体是一个开放式的就餐开间,除了承重柱以外基本没有任何隔断,跟大食堂属于同一种觉得,而且整体装修风格也比较老旧,没有任何跟品牌有关联的元素。在餐饮行业竞争日益激烈确当下,像这样没有氛围感、没有特色文化、没有美感的餐厅,想知足消费者的感情代价、社交需求是非常困难的。
Before the renovation, the restaurant was an open dining area with almost no partitions except for load-bearing columns, giving it the same feeling as the main cafeteria. The overall decoration style was also quite old-fashioned, without any elements related to the brand. In the increasingly competitive catering industry, it is very difficult for restaurants without atmosphere, distinctive culture, and aesthetic appeal to meet the emotional value and social needs of consumers.

为了提高餐厅的业务额,业主希望我们能把餐厅设计得更加符合甘家界这个餐饮品牌的特性,不仅要符合当下商业市场审美的需求,还要突出餐饮品牌的故事与特色。
In order to increase the restaurant's revenue, the owner hopes that we can design the restaurant to better fit the characteristics of Ganjiajie, a catering brand. It should not only meet the aesthetic needs of the current commercial market, but also highlight the story and characteristics of the catering brand.
原始布局
为了适应当下的市场需求,我们把全体开放式餐厅方案成9个独立包间,为消费者营造一个独立私密的就餐空间,担保消费者在就餐厨是能尽情娱乐,不受其他消费者的影响。
In order to meet the current market demand, we have planned the entire open restaurant into 9 independent private rooms, creating an independent and private dining space for consumers, ensuring that they can enjoy themselves while dining and are not influenced by other consumers.
屋檐、实木、竹编、文化石、稻草漆、复古石稳砖,这些材料都是本次餐厅装修的紧张材料,而这些材料利用是由于它们都具有一个复古的共同特点,也是广西壮族公民特有的古建筑特色。我们希望通过这些元素的领悟,尽可能地把当时古朴的环境呈现给消费者,让消费者在空间中感想熏染到甘家界这个餐饮品牌的文化特色。
The eaves, solid wood, bamboo weaving, cultural stones, straw paint, and retro stone stabilized bricks are all the main materials used in the restaurant decoration, and these materials are used because they all have a common feature of retro, which is also a unique ancient architectural feature of the Zhuang people in Guangxi. We hope to present the quaint environment of the time to consumers as much as possible through the integration of these elements, so that consumers can feel the cultural characteristics of Ganjiajie as a catering brand in the space.
设计总结/ summary
空间环境与菜品的风格相结合,能够为门店创造独特的特色。随着消费者需求的提高,用餐已变得更看重细节,不仅要知足口味需求,也要关注情绪和社交需求,因此,一个成功的餐饮品牌不仅要拥有卓越口味,还应看重餐厅装修的风雅呈现。
